As the General Manager of a prominent company in Denver, I oversaw a portfolio of properties that included single family homes, condos, and multi-family dwellings. I managed renovations and remodels, analyzed and marketed properties, created business policies and procedures, closely monitored legislative changes, and implemented leading software all while establishing an extensive list of resources to meet all my client's needs. Before taking on the General Manager role, I spent 10 years climbing the ladder in the property management industry; Cleaner-Maintenance Coordinator-Maintenance Supervisor-Office Manager-Leasing Agent-General Manager. Each role, such an integral part of the success of the company in order to represent our clients well. As a Broker, with over 16 years of experience in real estate, I like to consider myself a one stop shop for all my client's needs. My inspiration in real estate comes from my parents. My father was a builder, I always admired his skills and took a keen interest in his profession. My mother worked in the property management industry as well; we were blessed to work together at the same company for several years before I transitioned to brokerage. Growing up, my parents took such pride in ownership of their homes. They had the most beautiful yard on the block. They were always completing new projects to keep the home looking its best. They loved exploring and adventuring in our beautiful state of Colorado; from tent camping in the summer to a ski in ski out condo in the winter, we enjoyed all just the same. I approach all properties with a young adventurer's heart and find beauty and desirability in all, no matter the size, location or condition; being a part of a property's transformation is so rewarding to me. My world revolves around my amazing husband, two beautiful children and our German Shepherd Ferdinand.

Jeff Hahl is passionate about helping clients build wealth through real estate ownership and investment. His real estate journey began in 2015 with house-hacking a single-family home. He then steadily expanded his portfolio to include additional single-family properties, multifamily units, and larger commercial multifamily investments. As both a broker and an investor, Jeff understands the needs and challenges on both sides of the transaction. His expertise allows him to guide clients through every stage, from underwriting deals to making well-informed decisions. Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or handling everything from a condo to a 50-unit apartment building, Jeff ensures his clients feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way. His hands-on, personalized approach creates a seamless experience, helping clients navigate the complexities of real estate with ease. Outside of his work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Carly, and their newborn son, Zander. He is passionate about staying active and exploring Colorado’s great outdoors through cycling, exercising, and playing and coaching basketball. Jeff is also devoted to mentoring the next generation and leads a Life and Leadership group for young men. He is excited to bring his expertise to West Peak Properties and continue serving the greater Denver area.

I’ve also learned a LOT through owning, rehabbing, and managing my own properties and am happy to share my experiences, both good and bad. A Midwest native, Jay Peterson brings a strong work ethic with almost 20 years of multi-faceted finance and real estate related experience to clients. His professional background spans from assisting clients with multifamily real estate investment acquisitions & dispositions, high-level sales of due diligence real estate information in the home building industry, to analyzing structured financing alternatives for residential real estate acquisitions and refinances. He holds a Finance & Real Estate degree from Colorado State University and has lived in Colorado for over 20 years. An active multi-family real estate investor himself, Jay has a good feel for determining upside potential present in property. When not working, he enjoys leisure time with family & friends, golfing, biking, hiking and skiing the world-class peaks of Colorado!
