As the General Manager of a prominent company in Denver, I oversaw a portfolio of properties that included single family homes, condos, and multi-family dwellings. I managed renovations and remodels, analyzed and marketed properties, created business policies and procedures, closely monitored legislative changes, and implemented leading software all while establishing an extensive list of resources to meet all my client's needs.
Before taking on the General Manager role, I spent 10 years climbing the ladder in the property management industry; Cleaner-Maintenance Coordinator-Maintenance Supervisor-Office Manager-Leasing Agent-General Manager. Each role, such an integral part of the success of the company in order to represent our clients well. As a Broker, with over 16 years of experience in real estate, I like to consider myself a one stop shop for all my client's needs.
My inspiration in real estate comes from my parents. My father was a builder, I always admired his skills and took a keen interest in his profession. My mother worked in the property management industry as well; we were blessed to work together at the same company for several years before I transitioned to brokerage.
Growing up, my parents took such pride in ownership of their homes. They had the most beautiful yard on the block. They were always completing new projects to keep the home looking its best. They loved exploring and adventuring in our beautiful state of Colorado; from tent camping in the summer to a ski in ski out condo in the winter, we enjoyed all just the same.
I approach all properties with a young adventurer's heart and find beauty and desirability in all, no matter the size, location or condition; being a part of a property's transformation is so rewarding to me. My world revolves around my amazing husband, two beautiful children and our German Shepherd Ferdinand.
